William Marshall
Co-President
William is entering his final year of a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting. Deeply involved in the Monash community, and having gained experience in accounting from various firms, he is passionate about connecting members with valuable industry insights and professional development opportunities.
Aneri Shah
Co-President
Aneri is in her penultimate year of a double degree in Commerce and Information Technology, majoring in Business Analytics and Cybersecurity. Having been involved in BAP for two years, she is enthusiastic to provide each member countless opportunites to grow both professionally and individually, and hopes to make the BAP community grow even stronger in 2026. Outside of uni, Aneri loves all things travelling, cafes and music!
Thomas Shibu
Vice President
Thomas is a double degree Engineering (Robotics and Mechatronics) and Finance student with a strong interest in leadership, strategy and creating meaningful impact. As Vice President of BAP Monash in 2026, he is focused on driving the chapter's vision forward by expanding industry connections and supporting the delivery of high-quality initiatives. Outside of university, he enjoys staying active, following financial markets and continuously developing his technical and analytical skills.
Shafneen Rahman
Treasurer & Secretary
Shafneen is in her penultimate year, studying a double degree in Commerce and Computer Science, and has high hopes for Xi Epsilon in 2026. As Treasurer and Secretary, she is focused on strengthening the chapter's operations, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for all members. When she's not keeping things running behind the scenes, you'll find her cafe hopping across the CBD or planning her next overseas trip.
Ashtyn Wang
Communications Director
Ashtyn is heading into her fourth year of a double degree in Commerce and Computer Science, and is excited to see the chapter flourish, and contribute to a supportive, welcoming community for all members as Communications Director. She enjoys getting involved, meeting new people and making the most of everything BAP has to offer. Outside of uni, you'll find her going on a nice walk to unwinf or belting out her favourite songs at karaoke.
Calysta Hendery
Events Director
Calysta is a double degree student in Commerce and Computer Science, and when she's not busy with her studies, she loves diving into mystery and thriller books or playing padel. As Events Director, Calysta is passionate about connecting students with professionals, helping them achieve their career goals, and making professional events a smooth experience, especially for first timers. Did we mention she's also a matcha and coffee enthusiast and a total foodie? She could go on forever talking about food!
Naithan Miranda
Competitions Director
Naithan is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics. As Competitions Director for BAP Monash, he is focused on expanding competition opportunities and helping members build practical problem-solving and presentation skills. He aims to create more accessible pathways for students to gain hands-on experience and represent the chapter. Outside of university, Naithan enjoys staying active and exploring new opportunities to develop his business and consulting interests.
Elbetel Tesfaye
Marketing Director
Elbetel is heading into 2026 as a first year medical student at Monash, having previously completed a double degree in Biomedical Science and Commerce (Finance). With experience across both healthcare and business, she's excited to bring a multidisciplinary perspective to the Xi Epsilon chapter, and hopes to continue fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for members to grow and gain meaningful professional exposure. Outside of university, Elbetel enjoys trying new restaurants and cafes!
